John S. Hinman

John S. Hinman is an associate in the Long Beach office of Carroll, Kelly, Trotter, Franzen & McKenna. Since joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Hinman has focused his practice on defending healthcare providers against claims of professional negligence, elder abuse, products liability, and intentional torts.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009 and is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

Mr. Hinman attended Santa Clara University and graduated with a degree in political science. While at Santa Clara University, he ran cross country and achieved First Team All-Conference honors in 2002. Mr. Hinman received his juris doctor from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law. He enjoys fly-fishing, sports and spending time with his wife and family.
